Many of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Ukraine. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in leather grain, texture, stitching, embroidery, colour, finish, and natural markings are expected and make every item unique. These characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, and lighting conditions.

Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change without notice.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

POLYN reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
